The petitioner, Munna Kumar, is in custody since 11.06.2016 in Chandi P.S. Case No.175 of 2016 under Section 25 (1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act.

According to the prosecution case, from the possession of this petitioner, one country-made pistol and four cartridges were recovered.

Considering the nature of allegation and the period of detention, I direct that the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Hilsa District-Nalanda in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No.175 of 2016.
