The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 25 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 25.02.2023 and there is recovery of total 25 liters of illegal mahua liquor from the alleged motorcycle.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the period of custody and the recovery of liquor, this application for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail
