2. The accused/petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 339 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323 and 498-A of the IPC.

Considering the submission as parties are living together, where disputes and differences resolved between them through Mediation Report No. 1157 of 2025 dated 09.10.2025, accordingly petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Trial Court within a period of four

No.21202 of 2025(4) dt.05-01-2026 2/2 weeks, is directed to be released on bail, furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya/concerned Trial Court where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No. 339 of 2024.
