1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 409, 467, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and is in custody since 15.02.2025. It is next submitted that in light of complaint received regarding irregularities committed in connection with Pradhanmantri Awas Yojna an enquiry was conducted and it was found irregularity was committed complicity of named accused transpired.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

It is further submitted that named accused persons have been granted bail by an order dated 14.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No.17268/2024 (Md. Tarique Anwar @ Tarique Anwar Vs. the State of Bihar) and by order dated 11.12.2023 in Cr. Misc. No.79548/2023 (Belal @ Mohammad Belal Vs. the State of Bihar), as such it is submitted that the case of the petitioner is on better footing.

5. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Jokihat P.S. Case No.166/2022.
