JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 15-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor.
It has been alleged by the informant, A.S.I. of G.R.P. Lakhisarai that petitioner was found in suspicious circumstance at Platform No.1 of Lakhisarai whereupon was apprehended and on search, 12 bottles of Royal Stag Whisky each containing 750 ml was seized from a bag possessed by him. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 16.10.2016 and as per Para-3 of the petition, lacks criminal antecedent.
Accordingly, petitioner, Mantu Kaul is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Kiul (Lakhisarai) in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48936 of 2016 (02) dt.15-12-2016 connection with Kiul Rail P. S. Case no.168 of 2016. The learned lower Court before acceptance of bail bond will verify the genuineness of the bailors as the petitioner happens to be resident of different State.
