Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Minapur PS Case No. 168 / 2022 dated 15-04-2022 registered under Section 147, 148, 341, 342, 323, 307, 224, 353, 504 of the IPC.
Rajeev Ram and Mantosh Ram wanted in Minapur PS Case No. 436 of 2019 registered under Sections 342, 338, 307, 325, 302 / 34 of the IPC and when the Police arrived at their places for executing the warrant of arrest and arrested them, the co-accused persons including the petitioners forming an unlawful assembly assaulted the police party and managed to

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that FIR has been lodged against 12 named accused and 20-25 unknown persons. The petitioner no. 1 is the wife of the arrested accused Mantosh Ram and the petitioner no. 3 is the wife of the arrested accused / Rajeev Ram and they have been made accused only due to fact that they happen to be the wives of the arrested accused. The allegation against the petitioners are general and omnibus in nature and one of the co-accused persons having similar allegation namely, Soni Devi has been enlarged on anticipatory bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this court in Cr. Misc. No. 22707 of 2023.
Regard being had to the submission made by the parties, taking into consideration the fact that petitioners are lady and one of the co-accused persons has been granted anticipatory bail, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
Let the petitioners, above named, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10000/- (rupees ten thousand) each
