2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for offence under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted husband of informant with lathi, danda and iron rod, causing injuries to him and in course of treatment, he died. Petitioners are assailant of the deceased.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
