The instant writ petition has been filed seeking a direction for cancelling the Main Examination, 2014 and other reliefs in relation to the said examination of 2014.
It is submitted by the counsel for the Bihar Staff Selection Commission that the relief claimed by the petitioner in the instant writ petition has become infructuous since the fate of the relevant examination of 2014 has already been decided under the order dated 11.08.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4964 of 2015 and order dated 11.08.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2763 of 2015 which has been affirmed by the Division Bench of this Court under order dated 10.12.2015 passed in LPA No. 1657 of 2015.
Patna High Court CWJC No.113 of 2015 dt.29-01-2018 In view of the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
