JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 24-04-2019 This application is for extension of time to furnish bail bond in pursuance of anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner in Cr. Appeal (SJ) No. 2208 of 2018 by order dated 09.08.2018. The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail in connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No.105 of 2018. However, the petitioner could not furnish bail bond within time.

Prayer for extension of time is allowed. Further four weeks' time is allowed to the petitioner to furnish bail bonds with condition that the petitioner shall deposit Rs.2,000/- (Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund and shall produce receipt of the same at the time of
