Petitioner, who has got criminal antecedent, along with Nawal Sah was apprehended by the informant and further, on search, it has been alleged that mobile set along with cash appertaining to Rs.24,100/- was seized from his physical possession. From the possession of co-accused Nawal Sah, mobile set was seized. It has also been disclosed that five bottles of Royal Stag Classic Whisky were seized at the instance of the petitioner and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 03.08.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner, Vijay Sahani @ Kanchhedwa is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.47399 of 2016 (02) dt.08-11-2016 amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P. S. Case No.421 of 2016.
