The petitioners have already invoked remedy of appeal before the appellate authority vide Annexure-2 dated 23.10.2020 and the appellate authority has not decided the petitioner's appeal. Therefore, the appellate authority is hereby directed to decide the petitioners' appeal within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
