Petitioner is an accused in Gopalpur P.S. Case No.37 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 341, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation in brief is that accused persons came outside the house of the informant and started assaulting. It is alleged that on the exhortation given by this petitioner, Manoj Yadav @ Munna Yadav shot at Mukesh Yadav, the brother of the informant.
Submission is that land dispute exists between both sides and on that pretext this petitioner was falsely implicated. He is only alleged to be order giver. However, the specific allegation

Petitioner is an employee of a local college and has got clean antecedent and after framing of the charge, trial is also going and has been in custody since 06.08.2016. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, namely, Naresh Poddar be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia, in connection with Gopalpur P.S. Case No.37 of 2016.
