To remove all encroachments done by the private respondents from a piece of Gairmajarua Land, appertaining to khata no. 2,
Patna High Court CWJC No.5929 of 2024(2) dt.01-07-2024 2/2 plot no. 1190, measuring 3 Katha 17 Dhur falling within Rampurva village under Majhaulia Block of West Champaran District as the land in question has been settled in the name of the father of the petitioner and the private respondents have illegally made encroachment over the same.
(ii). To hold that the respondents are under an obligation to remove the encroachment in question and to restore the possession of the same to the petitioner."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of approaching the Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, District-West Champaran at Bettiah. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
