The petitioner is in custody in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 517 of 2018 for the offence registered punishable under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25 (1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. It is alleged that iron dabh has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2018.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody for more than four months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let

No.24549 of 2019(2) dt.16-04-2019 2/2 the petitioner named above be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran in connection with Garkha P.S. Case No. 517 of 2018.
