The present contempt petition has been filed for compliance of the order dated 18.07.2019 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2908 of 2019 by which the respondents were directed to take a decision on the compassionate appointment. A Show causes have been filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 2 & 3, the Collector, Saran, Bihar & the Civil Surgeon cum Chief Medical Officer, Saran, Chapra, Bihar by which the claim of the petitioner has been negated by the District Compassionate Committee on 23.09.2020.
