Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Agion (G) P.S. Case No. 129 of 2021 lodged under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation of dowry death and hiding the body of the deceased are there in the prosecution case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband. He submits that the entire allegation is false, the factual matrix of the case is, that the death of petitioner's wife has caused due to Covid-19 virus and during the relevant period of time the movement was not frequent and

No.23560 of 2022(2) dt.11-08-2022 2/2 only due to this reason there was miscommunication between the petitioner and his in laws' family, in result they have filed this case. He further submits that the petitioner is in custody since 02.11.2021, chargesheet has already been filed in this case and petitioner has clean antecedent.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage but he may renew his prayer after framing of charge.

With this observation, the bail application stands disposed off.
