====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Town P.S. Case No. 755 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Sections 20 and 22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

It is mentioned in the seizure list that 32 Puriya of Psychotropic substance has been recovered from possession of the petitioner wrapped in a plain paper.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 17.10.2018 having clean antecedent. There is no mention of weight of Psychotropic Substance alleged to be recovered from possession of petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.72939 of 2018(2) dt.06-12-2018 2/2 petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Muzaffarpur, in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 755 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
