JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 325, 448 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that all the accused persons including the petitioner abused and assaulted the informant's father.
Subsequently, on the order of Jaldhari Rai, Parmeshwar Rai caused injury on the head of the informant's father with lathi as a result of which he died on the spot.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady and the postmortem report of the victim reflects only one lacerated wound on parietal region. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.503 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 Considering the facts that postmortem report reflects only one injury assigned to Parmeshwar Rai (non-petitioner) and the petitioner is a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 58 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
