Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from perusal of the impugned order that except criminal antecedent as well as confessional statement of the petitioner, there is nothing against him.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 2.3.2016 and investigation against him has already been completed. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Warisaliganj P.S.
