JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-11-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of C.L.A. Act.

Taking into consideration the recovery made from conscious possession of the petitioner, again I am not inclined to release him on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 71 of 2016 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad stands rejected. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. It is made clear that if the
