JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-09-2022 The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to direct the District Magistrate, Khagaria to dispose of the application filed by him for transfer of gun license in his name, which is existing in the name of his deceased father, which was filed long back on 23.12.2019. The learned counsel for the Respondent State submits that in case the application of the petitioner, as aforesaid, is pending pending before the District Magistrate, Khagaria, the same shall definitely be disposed of within a stipulated time frame.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the District Magistrate, Khagaria to

Patna High Court CWJC No.6182 of 2022(2) dt.01-09-2022 2/2 dispose of the aforesaid application of the petitioner, if not already disposed of, within a period of eight weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
