JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.That by this application, the petitioner is invoking the writ jurisdiction of this Hon'ble Court in the nature of writ of Mandamus for directing the respondent to grant 1st A.C.P. in pay scale of Rs. 1000015200/- w.e.f. 09.08.1999 and 2nd ACP in pay scale of Rs. 1560040000/- with grade pay of Rs. 7600/- after computing the entire period of ad-hoc in light of Govt.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17231 of 2015(2) dt.15-09-2023 2/2 27.05.2013 issued by the Finance Department, Govt. of Bihar.
However, adhoc Assistant Engineers appointed along with the petitioner on 27.06.1987 were granted the aforesaid A.C.P. after computing the entire period of adhoc in light of the aforesaid Govt. Resolution dated 27.05.2013 of Finance Department, Bihar, Patna."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
