This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 380, 498A and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is husband of opposite party no. 2, Muni Kumari.

With the consent of the parties, let the matter be sent for re-conciliation.

In the meantime, the petitioner, above named, be released on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kadam Kuan P.S. Case No. 346 of 2016 to the satisfaction of Sri Madhvendra Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, or successor Court. Reconciliation shall be conducted before the Committee available in the concerned district and on failure of reconciliation the Court below shall consider the confirmation/rejection of provisional bail taking into consideration
