The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case No.311 of 2018 registered for offences punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act. Allegation as per FIR is that the police raided the house of the petitioner for attachment of the property of Muckkum @ Abhishek Kumar Singh who is the son of the petitioner and he recovered 30 cartridges and thereafter the petitioner was arrested.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the FIR itself shows that the police had gone in search of Muchkum @ Abhishek Kuamr Singh. The petitioner has been made accused in this case. He has no criminal antecedent. He is
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73540 of 2018(2) dt.14-12-2018 2/2 in custody since 5.9.2018.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM II, Danapur, Patna in connection with Naubatpur P.S.Case No.311 of 2018. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
