That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ/order/direction particularly in the nature of writ of mandamus for directing the respondents to construct a building of Anganbadi Kendra in village Tilangahi, Gram Panchayat Madhuri on a vacant Government land, pertaining to Khesra No. 845 & 843, Khata No. 143, after sanctioning appropriate fund."
