The petitioner has sought for the following reliefs in the present writ application:-
Patna High Court CWJC No. 9205 of 2020(3) dt.26-04-2022 2/3 (i) For issuance of writ in appropriate nature for quashing the Letter No.-6574 dated 19.11.2018 issued under the signature of the Respondent No.5; whereby and whereunder under Paragraph No.2 it has been held that two different Degrees acquired by any applicant in same session is not valid;
(ii) For issuance of writ in appropriate nature for direction upon Respondent authorities to give recognition of the Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) Distance Mode (Session 2010-2012), of Maulana Azad National Urdu University, Hyderabad; which was concurrently acquired by the petitioner with Diploma in Primary Education (D.P.E.) Distance Mode (Session 2009-2011) of Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi.
(iii) For issuance of writ in appropriate nature for direction upon Respondent authorities to consider the application and candidature of the petitioner for the post of Co-ordinator of Cluster Resource Centre for Cluster Resource Centre Government Middle School Tansaria, Block Turkauliya, District East Champaran, Motihari.
Considering the reliefs sought for on behalf of the petitioner in the present writ application, the petitioner is directed to file an appeal before the District Appellate Authority,
Patna High Court CWJC No. 9205 of 2020(3) dt.26-04-2022 3/3 East Champaran, Motihari within a period of thirty days from the date of this order. In case any such appeal is filed by the petitioner, the District Appellate Authority, East Champaran, Motihari shall consider the same and dispose of the appeal in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a period of ninety days from the date of filing of such appeal. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application stands disposed of.
