It has been stated in the I.A. that the sole appellant/convict has died and, therefore, the appeal is to be abated on account of the death of the sole appellant along with the I.A. through which the death certificate of the appellant has been produced.

2. This Court, vide order dated 17.12.2024, directed the Senior Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga to submit a report regarding the death of the appellant, namely, Mohan Ram. Pursuant to the order dated 17.12.2024, now the report has been submitted by the concerned Senior Superintendent of Police, Darbhanga wherein also it has been stated that the sole appellant, namely, Mohan Ram has expired on 10.03.2015.

3. In view of the aforesaid, the Criminal Appeal stands abated.

4. Accordingly, the present Interlocutory Application, i.e., I.A. No.03 of 2024 stands disposed of.
