This application has been filed under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C., for quashing of the F.I.R. of Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 92 of 2013 registered for the offence punishable under Section 341, 321, 504 and Section 3(i)(x) of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

It has emerged on the basis of pleadings on record and the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.36558 of 2013 (10) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 informant that the police upon completion of investigation have submitted final report with finding that the petitioner is not involved in commission of alleged offence. The police report is said to have accepted by the learned court below. This application has therefore, become infructuous and is accordingly disposed of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that a protest cum complaint petition has been filed by the opposite party no.2.

Needless to say that the proceeding arising out of the said protest cum complaint case may proceed in accordance with law.

It also goes without saying that the petitioner shall have liberty to take all such plea which have been taken in the present application, in the proceeding arising out of the said protest cum complaint petition.
