The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bhabhua Mahila P.S. Case No. 07/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners are brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the informant. The informant made omnibus and general allegation of torture and assault against the petitioners. It is submitted that the petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the informant and her husband. The informant was married to Daya Shankar Pal 12 years ago. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the
