The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Bhabhua Mahila P.S. Case No. 07/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the informant. The informant made omnibus and general allegation of torture and assault against the petitioners. It is submitted that the petitioners have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the informant and her husband. The informant was married to Daya Shankar Pal 12 years ago. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

No.17396 of 2017 (2) dt.11-05-2017 2/2 petitioners are brother-in-law and sister-in-law of the informant, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua in connection with Bhabhua Mahila P.S.
