The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 99 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 307, 385, 420 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that general and omnibus allegation has been levelled against the petitioner and no specific role has been assigned to him in the occurrence of Marpit which is alleged to have been taken place. It is further submitted that petitioner is an old man and no concern with the sale and purchase of land, in question.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.44442 of 2015 (5) dt.06-01-2016 circumstances of the case and also the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 99 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J) Jagdish/- U T
