This application has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. against the order dated 19.03.2013 in Case No. 15 of 2013, whereunder the S.D.M., Sadar Ara refused to initiated the proceeding under Section 144 Cr.P.C. in respect to land in dispute as detailed by the first party/petitioner in his petition to initiate the proceeding under Section 144 Cr.P.C. I do not find any illegality amounting to abuse of process of Court for interference in jurisdiction under Section 482 Cr.P.C. Accordingly, this application is hereby dismissed.
