This is second attempt for anticipatory bail made on behalf of the petitioner. The petitioner is the husband of the deceased. Earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected on 16.07.2015 vide Cr. Misc. No. 25972/2015. I am not inclined to interfere with the earlier order dated 16.07.2015, passed by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 25972/2015. The present application is dismissed. Anyhow, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order the same shall
