The petitioner seeks regular bail in Excise Case No. 476/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

60 bottles of 300 ml. each, total 18 litres of Nepali wine was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has got clean antecedent and he is in custody since 25.09.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73327 of 2018(2) dt.10-12-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Excise Case No. 476/2018.
