Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 375 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per allegation, when the informant was going by his motorcycle with his brother the accused persons named in the FIR stopped his motorcycle and badly assaulted his brother. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23051 of 2022(2) dt.11-10-2022 2/2 the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and on similar footing Vishal Kumar has been granted anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No. 2483 of 2020.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Dumra P.S. Case No. 375 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
