This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 and 37(b) of the Arms Act.
For land dispute petitioners, Nawal Singh and Sonu Kumar, allegedly fired from their fire arms, however, no injury was caused. Nawal Singh fled away with his rifle, however, pistol of Sonu Kumar was snatched by Phullu Singh.
Submission of the petitioners is that for land dispute the present false case has been lodged. No one sustained injury.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners,
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12908 of 2017 (2) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jairampur P.S. Case No. 1 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Sheikhpura, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
