ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 15-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Chakiya P.S. case No.159 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari. Considering the nature of allegations against the Petitioners, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

The Petitioners are directed to immediately surrender in the Court below.
