Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the first information report but his name surfaced in this case in the confessional statement of coaccused Bipul Kumar Patel and on the basis of the aforesaid confessional statement as well as previous antecedent of the petitioner, petitioner has been made accused in this case. It appears that except the aforesaid materials, there is nothing against the petitioner who is languishing in jail custody since 12.5.2016.

Accordingly, petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,
