Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 307 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is said to have given one sword blow causing injury on the neck of the injured. The impugned order goes to show that injured sustained, altogether, three injuries but all injuries were found simple in nature.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner is in jail custody since 21.8.2016, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Sheikhpura P.S.
