Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Mahila PS Case No. 86/2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 506, 504, 376, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have one criminal case pending against them this Court is not inclined to grant them the privilege of anticipatory bail. However, refusal to grant anticipatory bail will not cause prejudice the petitioners. In the event they surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail, the court below is directed to dispose of the application for regular bail on the same day without being prejudiced by refusal of the prayer for
