The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Tarapur P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the POCSO Act. In pursuant to the order dated 29.05.2019, a report was called for from the court of Additional Sessions Judge, Ist, Munger about present stage of Tarapur P.S. Case No. 179 of 2018 along with Xerox copy of up to date order-sheet. The report is enclosed at Annexure-R.

I have gone through the report. It is mentioned that the trial will conclude within three months.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20964 of 2019(4) dt.26-06-2019 2/2 the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
