Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, registered in connection with Naya Ramnagar P.S.Case No. 86 of 2020. As per allegation, the daughter of the informant was married with co-accused Vikash Paswan. There is allegation that Vikash Paswan and his family members were demanding a motor-cycle. On 29.03.2020 at about 3.00 P.M., the informant received an information that her daughter was admitted in Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Hospital, Bhagalpur. When she went there, she saw the dead-body of her daughter. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is nandosi of the deceased. He has no concern with the demand of motor-cycle. He has been made accused

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22990 of 2022(2) dt.10-10-2022 2/2 merely because he is a relative of the husband of the deceased. He is a person of clean antecedent.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. 1st Mungher in connection with Naya Ramnagar P.S.Case No. 86 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
