2 Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is husband of the informant. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, by filing supplementary affidavit, submits that the matter has already been settled between the parties before the court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Jehanabad in Maintenance Case No. 16/2025. In the memorandum of settlement dated 14.5.2025, petitioner is agreed to pay Rs. 4 lacs to opposite party no.2, out of which he has already paid Rs.2.50 lacs and rest amount will be paid at the time of final hearing/disposal of Matrimonial (Divorce) Case No. 139/2025.

4. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 does not

5. Considering the aforesaid development, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Jehanabad in Parasbigha Police Station Case No. 223 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
