The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.03.2016 in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 68 of 2016 for the offences instituted under Sections 365 and 366(A) of the IPC. The accusation is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant by the petitioner.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2016 and the charge sheet has been framed in the present case. There is no allegation of tampering of the witnesses alleged against the petitioner. He has got no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been implicated in the present case. On behalf of the learned counsels for the State and opposite party no. 2, it has been submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties outside the court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Benipur, Darbhanga, in connection with Bahera P.S.
