JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-03-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 144/145/353/427/438 of the Indian Penal Code. Due to death of a child in the road accident a mob started pelting stones on the police vehicle causing damage to the vehicle. The petitioners and others were identified as member of the mob.

Considering the general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11086 of 2017 (2) dt.17-03-2017 2/2 period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka/Successor Court in connection with Rajoun Police Station Case No.331 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
