The petitioner seeks bail in Jainagar P.S. case No. 503 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

The petitioner and 10 others are alleged to have carrying huge quantity of country made liquor from Nepal side. It is submitted that 319.5 liter Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of petitioner and other accused persons but for that the petitioner is in jail since 10.09.2018. The petitioner has already remained in jail for three months.

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on his furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.73756 of 2018(2) dt.13-12-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the lime amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge- II, Madhubani, in connection with Jainagar P.S. case No. 503 of 2018.
