In view of the averments made in the fresh show cause affidavit filed by the Director-in-Chief, Nursing, Health Services, Bihar (opposite party no. 3), this proceeding, in my view, cannot continue further. Accordingly, the same is dropped. However, the petitioner, if it so desires, would be at liberty to assail the concerned order before a competent forum.
