The petitioner is in custody in connection with Piar P.S. Case No. 78 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.05.2018. He further submits that earlier petitioner moved for bail in Cr. Misc. No. 42954 of 2018 which was rejected on 17.07.2018 with observation to renew the prayer for bail after six months of the framing of charge if the trial does not concluded, charged was framed on 28.08.2018.
Considering the observation of this Court dated 17.07.2018, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22338 of 2019(2) dt.08-04-2019 2/2 let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Sub-Judge-V-cum-Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Piar P.S.
