JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 347, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that on the order of petitioner Gyan Bir Kumar, petitioner Mahapurush Kumar fired on the informant but he did not receive any injury.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are the agnates of the informant and due to land dispute, the accusation has been levelled and there is counter version of the occurrence also.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.533 of 2015 (2) dt.08-01-2015 surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Biharsharif, Nalanda in connection with Harnaut P.S.
