One country made rifle and one country made double barrel gun along with six live cartridges are said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner when police having got information regarding assemblage of some criminals raided the house of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail custody since 11.04.2016 and does not have any criminal antecedent.
