It has been alleged at the end of prosecution that during course of interception of the petitioner while he was travelling by tempo, 2.160 litres of Indian Origin Foreign liquor while 21.600 litres of countrymade wine were seized and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 17.08.2016. Furthermore, as per Para-3 of the petition, petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Sajan Dhami @ Lala Dhami @ Lal Dhami is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
